仕事内容

Main Role : Handling EC operation mainly coordinating or liaising with clients in Japan. Receiving a feedback from Japan side and share to the local operation team. Sometimes required to support the tasks for replying customer's inquiries in English via Email.

• Client support in both English and Japanese
• EC channels direction and operation management
• EC operations such as product listing, updating information but not limited to
• Required prepare weekly, monthly sales report and etc.
• Troubleshooting and handling urgent matter on related projects
• Provide full support to direct and indirect superior
• Execute tasks from direct manager, team members and client
• Coordinate with internal (warehouse, production) as well as external (brands, e-commerce channels) parties
給与 6,000 〜 8,000 (MYR) 職種 ITエンジニア（オープン系/汎用系）

応募資格

<Must>
• Education : Diploma or above
• Language : Japanese N2 or above (no need to be certified), Business level of English
• Work experience : About 2 years for any field (not open for fresh graduate)
