Short job summary:
Be responsible for Territory/Regional sales revenue, profitability and market development, foster and build new business pipeline for sustainable grow plan
Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in Japan and build relationships with new and potential clients
• Follow company’s short term and long-term strategy by managing customer targets, commitments and expectations
• Conduct market research and information exchanges with regional business team and internal stakeholders
• Participate in regional tradeshows to get potential customers leads and market insights
• Understand product offerings and client needs to offer the best solutions and highest level of support
• Make company’ name top of mind of our targeted business community.
• Manage and maintain quality of opportunities within our CRM system
• Responsible for handling customer account and maintain good relationship with the assigned customers by visit / Team meeting.
• Research market conditions and looking for market opportunities, identify market trends.
• Responsible for customers sales data analysis, prepare sales budget plan and sales reporting

応募資格 |
- Education Background : Bachelor degree in STEM is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Experience : Min. 3 years’ positive experience in b2b sales, experience in semiconductor industry is an advantage
- Require Skill :
1. Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese. (required to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients)
2. You are highly independent and motivated to get things done
3. N1 / N2 Japanese level |
