仕事内容

Accounting is outsourced, so this position will focus on internal administrative duties.

1)Daily communication with suppliers
- Ordering materials, confirmation of slips, delivery and invoices
- Communicate information correctly to accounting firms

2)Research and analysis work
- Competitor research, recruitment status, collection of information such as store status
- Create a report in Japanese once every three months

3)Staff management
- Attendance and leave management
- Communicate correctly to accounting firms
- Management of rental and collection of uniforms and ID cards

4)Store equipment management
- Translate and create promotional pops and price lists provided from Japan HQ
- Print order, share to store

5)Lifeline support for Expatriates

6) Interpretation service
- Support 1 on 1 meeting with Director and local staff.

応募資格

<MUST>
- Education Background : Min diploma in any field
- Language : Japanese (N2-N3 level) , doesn't need to be certified JLPT
- Experience : Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Admin or HR, any back office position.
- Require Skill : MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

<Advantage>
- Experience as translator (Japanese - English)
- Working experience in Japanese company or writing business email/document in Japanese.
