仕事内容

Main Role : Visiting existing clients for maintenance follow up and collect some orders for machinery parts.
(cover area is mainly Klang Valley, Melaka and Ipoh)
Visiting on site and working from office = 50/50

- After sales support (maintenance guidance, part enquiry & other service requirements)
- Prepare part quotation and process the order upon enquiry and purchase order.
- Liaise with Japan HQ and client in both Japanese and English/Malay during troubleshooting to provide timely solution.
- Provide support to engineer/visitor during their visit (schedule arrangement, transport, field support etc)
- Provide technical support (machine process & operation) to existing customers.

Business trip : Required 1 time in 2-3 months

応募資格

<Must>
- Education : Degree holder in engineering field
- Language : Japanese N2 or above, English and Malay
- Experience : Fresh graduate or Work experience as engineer in industrial machineries field
- Willing to travel outstation

<Advantage>
- Background in mechanical or mechatronics
- Graduated Japanese university
- Mandarin skills
