- Drive the conceptualization of an effective customer relationship management strategy to meet organizational goals and achieve revenue targets
- Champion the sales division objectives and business style while striving for continued improvement to drive sales effectiveness and enhanced customer satisfaction
- Develop and plan leads through prospecting and market expansion
- Support the management of the financial performance of your team balancing financial controls, and service standards, while focusing on the delivery of exceptional sales and service
- Attend site visits when required

- Education : Degree in any Engineering discipline

- Experience : Min 1year experience in working as a sales engineer in any industry (prefer candidate from semiconductor industry) with CGPA 3.4 and above

Required skills:
1. Able to go for entertainment session (but not frequent)
2. Willing to travel
