New business development
Our job is to propose logistics that meet the needs of our customers.
Understanding issues and proposing solutions. Plan and execute packing, storage, transportation, etc.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
• Monitor sales metrics and report on sales performance regularly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
• Based in Penang, with regular travel to Kuala Lumpur.(1 night 2 days, 1 or 2 times a month)

応募資格 |
<MUST>
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 5years of sales or business development experience
- Japanese (spoken and written) JLPT N2 level or higher
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (face-to-face and virtual)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills(Ability to make internal adjustments, ability to explain, ability to present and negotiate, ability to make proposals)
<Preferable>
- Logistics industry experience
- Familiarity with MS Office |
