-Translate and assist Japanese Deputy Managing Director
- Support and advise client to secure and obtain project.
- Attend all related meetings and matter with clients, authorities, and sub-contractors.
- Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing.
- Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities.
- On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline.
-Excellent communication skills to explain technical specifics to peers and customers

- Education Background : Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5- 8 years or working experience in Autocad designing/drafting experience in engineering construction company
- Required Skills:
1. Good knowledge in design, cost estimation and prior experience in HVAC, General Process Utility.
2. Must have experience in liaising with client / approach client on pricing/costing material and tendering.
3. Proficient in AUTOCAD software
4. Has strong and wide networking with subcontractors and suppliers (especially in Penang market)
5. Excellent communication skills to explain technical specifics to peers and customers
6. Experience in On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline.
7. Willing travel (KL)
8. N1/N2 Japanese speaking level
