Manager of QAQC (Local Japanese Speaker)（求人番号：54696）

Job Descriptions:
1. Plan, organize, lead and control QA/QC function to support the key to business needs and monitoring daily activities.
2. Establish, evaluate, and implement quality system and quality control plan to ensure conformity of products to quality standard.
3. Formulate and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
4. Analyze and investigate customer complaints and recommend quality improvement.
5. Administer continuous improvement program for all QC process and enhance quality system.
6. Verify non-conformance from customer return, incoming, in-process and outgoing & ensure quality checks and inspections are carried out.
7. Implement, maintain, and update quality standard to meet ISO9001 requirement.
8. Conduct audits and appropriate follow-up with suppliers on quality issues.
9. To ensure corrective action related to quality system are carried out effectively & supplier and customer quality issues are handled effectively.
10. Acts as QMR for ISO 9001 Quality Standard.

- Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic

- Experiences: At least 10 years of working experience in manufacturing field with N1/ N2

- Required Skills:
1. Japanese language is mandatory
