DPR Engineer (Local Japanese Speaker) - Selangor（求人番号：55470）

Overview:
Act as a middle person to deal with the customer and internal team in Disco

For Customer side:
- Clarify request content (Background & spec)
- Adjust and finalised spec
- Propose solution
- Provide and answer quotation (with sales engineer)
- Answer technical inquiry
- Propose new solution (Function & Machine)
- ConductTechnical seminar
- Troubleshooting support (with CE)
- Find customer’s Job *What customer wants achieve or solve*

For internal side:
- Input customer’s request (Background & spec)
- Spec adjustment with R&D
- Finalize spec
- Lead time adjustment with factory
- Check quotation with R&D
- Check technical inquiry with R&D
- Provide technical info for CE
- New development support (New function and machine)
- Fan out countermeasure
- Issue TTS (Trouble tracking system)
- Improvement activity with DJ
- Making sales tool (promotion material)
- Provide technical & sales information to Sales & Engineer

【MUST】Candidate MUST have own car and need to drive to client site

- Education : Degree in any engineering field

- Experience : Min 1 years of working experiences in any engineering field/ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with N1/ N2 Japanese language skills

- Required skills:
1. Basic skill for email, excel, word and PPT
2. Negotiation ability
3. Project management
4. Have experiences in managing stake holders (Customer, sales, DJ R&D, factory and CE etc)
5. Have passion
