仕事内容 |
・Assist the Corporate Planning Manager to assist the Head in developing, formulating and implementing disciplinary policies and procedures.
・Review and verify cases reported to HR involving misconduct/employment issues and to liaise with respective departments and subsidiaries for investigation.
・Draft disciplinary correspondence, prosecution of Domestic Inquiry and to provide internal consultation of disciplinary actions against employee(s).
・Investigate and escalate staff grievances to the appropriate channels.
・Provide counselling to employees on work related problem(s).
・Represent the Company in any industrial disputes at the Industrial/Labour Court and attend to any labour or IR cases, when necessary, on behalf of the Management.
・Administer and update on changes to Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and any other related Acts and Regulations.
・Establish good relationships with relevant industry players, legal practitioners and related government and non-governmental agencies.
・Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidate, candidate screening, background screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding activities.
・Prepare monthly payroll report, ensuring proper and accurate payroll reports to Finance department.
・Support on compensation and benefits (C&B) matters.
