Senior Engineering Engineer (Local Japanese Speaker)（求人番号：56507）

Job Descriptions:
1. New product development process, ensure timely execution of new products via design and development project plan which encompasses essential activities such as the creation of well defined product requirements, product testing, moldings, assembly, verification and validation testing, usability and risk management, packaging development, from receipt of the initial concept to the final product launch.
2. Test method development and validation: responsible for developing and validating the test methods prior to use in product testing. Ensure the developed methods and protocols align with customer requirements and industry regulations and standards.
3. To carry out design and development of the product through product research, testing and analysis.
4. Liaise with customer on product development documents and implement quality deliverables as customer requirements.
5. Supplier and customer interface and communication on quality issues for assigned responsibilities.
6. Coordination and preparation of product samples and pre-production through divisional control management
7. Improve existing equipment based on technical requirements and performing functional test of the product.
8. Work closely with manufacturing teams, sales and purchasing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and performance criteria.
9. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate design options and make informed decisions
10. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components, materials, and services needed for product development and production.
11. Support manufacturing operations by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing design improvements.
12. Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and cross-functional team discussions to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

- Education Background: Bachelor of Degree in Engineering or any related field

- Experiences: At least 8- 10 years of production experiences in manufacturing field with N1 /N2 level

- Required Skills:
1. Proficient in Japanese speaker
2. Knowledge in machine control system
3. Familiar in clean room working environment
4. Have experience in manufacturing field
