仕事内容

- Education Background : Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven successful sales experience (profitable growth) in the medical device industry in Japan market with N1 / N2 Japanese language skills

- Require Skill :
1. Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and salesforce.com (SFDC).
2. Experience in the orthopedic contract manufacturing – Medical Instrument & Implant
3. Ability to work effectively as member of a high performing cross functional team.
4. Strong English and Japanese verbal and written skills is a must
5. Strong problem solving skills pursuant toward offering win-win solutions for both customer and Tecomet
6. Able to work remotely as required, while being fully self-motivated
7. Strong interpersonal skills with “Can-Do” attitude
8. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
9. Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and grow territory.
10. Demonstrate the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for pricing and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.
11. Demonstrate the ability to develop and carry-on effective business conversations/relationships with business owners, senior leaders, and key decision makers.
12. Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above that result in effective presentations of all of Tecomet’s global capabilities
13. Willing to travel (Travelling 25% of the time to Japan and APAC region, potentially 1-2 travels a year to US)
