Job Descriptions:
• Lead division morning briefing and assign task to subordinate
• Lead Engineering Weekly Progress Meeting
• Lead Health, Safety and Environment Committee Meeting
• Write Manager monthly report
• Write and update the division’s weekly progress report
• Update and report clean room pressure, temperature, and humidity
• Overall Plant facilities operation and maintenance monitoring
• Plan and manage yearly budget
• Ensure legal compliance DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local council
• Manage complaints and requests from facilities end user
• Delegate section task and responsibility to sub-ordinate
• Involve in PAM Future Plan related to factory layout and equipment
• To coordinate staff training and handover for new facilities equipment introduction
• Manpower planning and structuring section organization for efficient workflow
• Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping
• ERT Commander
Ad-Hoc:
- QMS ISO Committee member
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior from time to time

| 応募資格 |
- Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic or any related field
- Experiences: At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry with N1/ N2 Japanese Language Skills
- Required Skills:
1) Japanese speaker is a bonus
2) Knowledge in machine control system
3) Knowledge in PLC , Servo motor etc
4) Experience in industrial machine set up, commissioning, service and maintenance
5) Familiar in clean room working environment
6) Have experience working in manufacturing field. |
