【Japanese Speaker】Sales Executive（求人番号：57441）

<Job Description>
This position is responsible for securing new business and maintaining constant follow-up with existing customers to increase sales, mainly within the manufacturing industry such as automotive, electrical, medical, and industrial equipment sectors.
You will engage in route sales, provide technical advice related to product enquiries, and help clients solve their challenges by offering optimal solutions from our wide range of industrial materials and components.
You will also be expected to stay up to date with market trends and developments in order to execute effective sales strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
Regular reporting and occasional business trips—both domestic and overseas—are part of the role.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Secure new business and constantly follow up with existing customers to increase sales
- Route sales with Japanese-affiliated and local manufacturers across multiple industries
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in order to execute effective sales strategies
- Provide technical advice related to product enquiries and applications
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and ad-hoc reports to management
- Business trip destinations (overseas): Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Indonesia *Averagely 2–3 nights per trip
- Business trip destinations (domestic): Johor, Penang, etc. *Day trip or 1-night stay
- Frequency of travel: Subject to assignment, but typically once a month

<Must>
- Language : Proficient in English, Mandarin, Malays, Japanese N2 Level(Do not require candidates to be very fluent, as long as he/she could understand, speak and writing in simple way is fine)
- Education Background: Certificate, Diploma/Bachelor Degree
- Experience: Minimum 1-years BtoB sales experience in any industry.
*If Japanese company will be advantaged
- Good communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Able to work independently and also a good team player
- Basic sales calculation, Microsoft office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have own transportation and a driver license.

Business Level

Japanese,Mandarin

Salary Package : MYR 4,800.00 + transportation allowance

★No commission- but for good performer, they will consider to provide:
1) Extra annual increment
2) Additional Bonus

★Travel Allowance for business trip
1) They will provide travel allowance
Domestic RM80・Overseas RM160 per day
2) Transportation and Stay(Necessary Expenses) can claim, company pays back immediately

★Working hours
＜Pattern＞
Monday to Friday / Lunch time 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Standard: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- A:7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- B:7:50 a.m. – 4:50 p.m.
- C:8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- D:9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Employees can choose their preferable time working pattern every month.
If there is any changes, must inform earlier to management/MD to get approval.

4 times of working on Saturday every year (Fixed on calendar)
