Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (Electronic Components/Semiconductor) (PG)（求人番号：57981）

• Responsible as a Sales PIC for Japanese customers in Southeast Asia and handle daily enquiries on quotation, delivery, quality, environmental, legal, financial, technical and other related services.
• Communicate with internal parties and customers to optimize customer satisfaction while upholding company interests and policies.
• Apply strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills to manage a broad range of transactions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct face-to-face or online meeting with customers or internal parties to maintain good relationship and to know customers’ production trend to budget sales amount or to discuss daily topics.
• Proactively work to clear long term inventory and update its status in various internal tools.
• Engage in the Company’s expansion into new business sectors that is beyond semiconductor distribution.

- Education Background: Diploma or Degree in any discipline

- Experiences : At least 2 years of relevant work experiences in electronic components or semiconductor industry
- Candidate needs to have basis knowledge in E&E

- Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Engineering will be beneficial
2. Good communication skills with pleasant personality to work in team
3. Good analytical skills with meticulous attitude, logical thinking & problem-solving skills
4. Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experiences with ERP system like Oracle/SAP
5. Knowledge of Incoterms, export/import & logistics (warehouse/forwarding) will be advantageous
6. Overseas travel is required
