仕事内容	・Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly reports on sales, labor costs, and key operational metrics to support management decisions. ・Serve as the primary liaison between local operations and Japan HQ, ensuring smooth information exchange and collaboration. ・Support Japan HQ's public relations initiatives and maintain brand consistency in the local market. ・Assist in coordinating and executing internal audit processes from Japan HQ. ・Contribute to improving operational efficiency and processes based on data analysis. ・Responsible for employee salary management.
