■Specific Functions for Detailed Job Description
1. Directs and oversees all activities related to the efficient and effective production progress to ensure that all work is well performed and executed based on set plans and schedules.
2. Supervises Senior Line Leaders and Leaders in achieving QCDMS and in organizing and monitoring work flow.
3. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting the result to superior.
4. Assists superior in creating revised systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping, control of forms and implementing changes.
5. Ensures that KPI targets are met, reviewed and coordinated well to subordinates.
6. Resolves personnel issues such as attendance/ turnover rate problems through analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending actions.
7. Maintains regular communication with other departments to plan and execute production targets efficiently and participates in professional organizations.

(4)With or Without experience in Japanese Company: With experience in Japanese company

Can speak Japanese language is an advantage
Willing to render overtime
Willing to work on shifting schedule
With knowledge on problem analysis, ISO documentation and Kaizen
