Our Client is a Japanese boutique investment banking firm that offers financial advisory services.
*First 6 months of employment would be in Japan for training purposes

【What will you be working on】
- Supporting & Consulting Japanese companies that are expanding in Singapore
- Establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients (local M&A/consulting firm)
- Drafting detailed, complex reports and documents
- Review the monthly operational and financial performance of investe companies against budget, business plans and overall industry
- Collecting market information for the business and provide insights into the competitive landscape of identified industries.
- Perform SWOT analyses and participate in various research projects as required

【What they're looking for】
- Fluent in Japanese (Native/JLPT N1 level) to liaise with Native Japanese clients & associates
- At least 5 years of working experience in an M&A firm
- Strong communication skill to build a good relationship with partners and clients
- Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems
- Strong self-starter with minimal needs for guidance/supervision
