Sales Executive (Japanese Language)（求人番号：24956）

The company has the largest share in the Japanese representative in Singapore's Real Estate market.
They are looking for a Sales executive who are enthusiastic and sales-driven.

- Creating relationship with new Customers & maintaining relationships with existing Customers (Mostly Japanese)
- Introduction of Japanese residential houses
- Handle inquiries of Japanese Customers
- Prepare list of properties and schedule viewing
- Drafting of Contracts
- Plan and control all activities pertaining to the maintenance support to the tenants

- Certified JLPT N2 and above (for liaising with Japanese counterparts)
- At least 2 years experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Must have experience in Property/Real Estate industry
- Sales-Driven
- Excellent Communication skill

Japanese

- Variable Bonus (Depending on company & individual performance)
- Commission (Uncapped)
- Annual Leave 14 days (Max: 28 days)
- ML 14 days
- Medical : Free for particular hospital

Commission: There was a staff who earned 12,000 SGD (Salary is Excluded) in 1 month.
