Tour Coordinator(Japanese Language)（求人番号：26381）

- Co-ordinate and ensure smooth operation of the tour group being assigned to
- Obtain information from operation staff prior to guests’ arrival.
- Prepare banner and other necessary tour documents for guide’s collection
- Brief tour guide about the group information and requirements
- Meeting with the Tour Escort or Tour Organizer when the group has arrived
- Support for customer to bring hospital
- Stand-by at airport, hotel or restaurants etc to oversees the group
- Assist in handling last minutes changes or arranging optional tours, if required
- Submit final tour report to operation team

5 days work / week (need to work at weekend), working hours based on roster
Normally 8:45 - 5:45 pm. but sometimes need to pick up group from Airport etc.
Commencement ASAP

Singaporean
・Able to speak fluent Japanese (JLPT more than N1/N2) for communicating with Japanese customer
・No Experienced candidate is welcome to apply.
