仕事内容 |
➢ Sell IT Infrastructure Products, Services and Solutions. Take the initiative to develop sales pipeline from cold, warm and hot leads, to sell IT Infrastructure & Telecom products, services and solutions across Corporate sector, particularly Financial Services
➢ Bring your creative ideas to develop the organization further
➢ Assume Leadership role, work cross-functionally with Technical Architect and Engineering Team in Hong Kong, Singapore and India, to deliver the right solution to the customer.
➢ Prospecting: Identify (mid-sized market), develop plans, build relationship and develop new Accounts.
➢ Gain thorough knowledge on Product and services.
➢ Learn and develop knowledge about IT infrastructure products.
➢ Negotiate with suppliers, to ensure prompt shipment.
➢ Work closely with supply chain team for shipment, and technical team service manager to complete technical work on time.
➢ Account Management: Manage assigned Accounts, implement tactics to grow revenue.
➢ Meet or Exceed Quarterly targets consistently.
➢ Work with a sense of urgency to ‘close’ the deals.
➢ Source multi vendors for the products which we deal.
➢ Demonstrate excellent customer service attitude, assist technical team to execute projects successfully.
➢ Attend partner events, build relationships and upgrade product and industry knowledge
➢ Be Methodical and well-organized. Plan and spend time wisely to grow sales
➢ Excellent user of CRM generates insights, trends, act pro-actively, nimble on your feet to close deals
➢ Follow the company’s vision and mission objectives
➢ Take initiatives in Sales developments activities.

応募資格 |
-Singaporean
-Able to Speak English and Japanese business level (JLPT1) for communicating with native Japanese Clients/staff in Tokyo branch over the phone.
-Preferably IT related Education Background (IT, Computer Software, Electronics Engineering etc )
-Above Diploma
-No experience is OK
-Be able to travel to India in short-time notice
-Proficient in using MS Office
-Extremely 'goal' oriented with ability to break-down targets into daily/weekly plans
-A strong business acumen with loads of energy and excitement

➢local IT selling experience
➢Sold IT Infrastructure Products, Services or Solutions [such as Servers, Networking Equipment’s, Storage, End User Devices, Virtualization, Data Center solutions, Managed IT Services]
➢Have a firm grasp on IT Infrastructure concepts such as Networking
➢ Proficient in using any CRM package
➢ Well-networked in the Financial Services Industry, will be just an add-on, not a compulsory option for fresher or less than 1- 2 years’ experience candidate. |
