Operations Manager - Payment Processing/FinTech (Japanese Speaker)（求人番号：26695）

Our client is a well-known payment fintech company founded in Singapore. Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall payment processing operations for the clients locally and internationally.

【What you will be doing】
- Monitor and support for payment processing for both local and international clients
- Identify problems in payment operations, notify respective partners, and take proactive steps toward immediate resolution
- Work with the development team for system enhancements and new features to improve the efficiency and security of the system
- Work with compliance partner for all AML/KYC related topics
- Understand business logic from domain experts and come up with reasonable targets for business projects
- Support financing and planning activities for business performance such as drafting market analysis and portfolio commentaries on request
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Liaise with the customer support team to define workflow diagrams for continuous improvement, if needed.

【What they are looking for】
- Degree in Banking, Accountancy or Business Administration or related discipline preferred
- Bilingual in English and Business Japanese is required with a good command of Japanese writing skills in order to liaise with Japanese counterparts
- Experience in Foreign Exchange (FOREX) or payment solution set up is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills; ability to build clear and effective communications that drive actions
- Research and analytical skills preferred
- Project management skills preferred
- Prior experience in a relevant field is advantageous
