* This position may require the incumbent to work on weekends
【What you will be working on】
-Answering inquiries from Japanese customers
-Liaising with the local service centre by phone or by Whatsapp
-Arrange dates for repairing works with customers
-Reporting issues to the company
-Office work (document creation, replying to mail)

【What they are looking for】
-Japanese language abilities (minimum JLPT N1 level) in order to liaise with Native Japanese customers
-Experience in customer service
