Trade Operations Administrator(Japanese Language)（求人番号：28196）

 Implementing new trading projects in an efficient manner with ensuring compliance
with local and international policies, rules & regulations
 Forecast, order & delivery management
 Review, analyse & assist in improving the overall trading operation procedures and
setting up internal trading policies & templates
 Liaise with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely clearance and
delivery of shipments to customer.
 Prepare export-related shipping documents.
 Work closely with suppliers, clients and other overseas branches.
 Maintain systematic filling of documents and follow-up with final negotiation.
 Process improvements to drive efficiencies.
 Monthly reporting
 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Recognised degree/diploma in relevant discipline with at least 3-5 years’ experience in shipping/logistics.
 Experience in handling shipping procedures documentation.
 At least JLPT N2 level required to liaise with native Japanese.
 Detail oriented with ability to identify, research and resolve issues.
 Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 PC literate, meticulous and strong sense of initiative.
 Experience with SAP system would be a plus
