The Global Trading Operations Department is looking for a matured and capable team player to join their growing team. As an integral member of the Singapore Office, the expectations and challenges are high but will be very rewarding and exciting for high performers.

• Be involved in the whole spectrum of business development and project management (e.g. planning of shipment schedules, preparing of quotations, troubleshoot issues, etc.)
• Be the contact window for suppliers and importers, attend to inquiries involving Japanese correspondence
• Identify potential risk areas and propose timely solutions
• Conduct order and forecast planning for various businesses (CV/LCV/EMCV)
• Be involved in price revision operations
• Monitor budgets and perform routine variance analysis to evaluate business performance

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in:
➢ Schedule-planning of assembled products, or
➢ Supply chain management field (planning & budgeting) in manufacturing
industry

• Minimum N1 Japanese Proficiency for liaising with Japanese client
• Familiarity with Parts Lists, BOM
• Strong command of incoterms and supply chain terminology
• Good analytical and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Comfortable with travelling to Japan and/or regional countries on an ad-hoc basis
