Shipping Officer (Japanese Language)（求人番号：28854）

- Prepare import & Export trade documents – BL, COA, Packing List, Invoice
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and responsible for all incoming shipments
- Provide quality customer service by resolving arising issues
- Liaise with carrier agents and/or forwarders for Arrival Notice and B/L
- Co-ordinate with shipping agents to ensure goods been cleared on time
- Liaise with warehouse and transport departments on all customer orders to ensure prompt unstuffing and/or delivery of cargoes
- Create Works Order, update and maintain SAP
- Maintain department database and file shipping records

- At least 3 years Shipping experience (Import & export)
- Business English, Chinese, and Japanese is a must for internal communication with native Chinese and Japanese clients

- Annual Leave: 14 days for 1st year (thereafter an additional 1 day per year with the seniority with the company, Maximum 20 days)
