1 Maintain a close relationship with management, customers, production, colleagues by Japanese and English.
2 Monitor all shipments and orders to meet customer requested due date.
3 Willing to travel and meet customers with an open mind and friendly.
4 Analyze market potential, track sales, status reports, and customers demand.
5 Handle queries with regards to quality, price, technical support, etc.
6 Provide a monthly report and weekly report to management.
7 Able to reply to internal and customers inquiry by the due date or fast respond.
8 Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain a relationship with customers.
9 Acquire a good knowledge of the product to understand customer needs.
10 Evaluate new customer, the market survey on competitor and needs.
11 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
12 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes with the schedule.
13 Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
14 Highly motivate and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
15 Generate leads and build relationships planing, organizing daily work
schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
16 Meet weekly, monthly, annual sales quotas through the successful
implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

| 応募資格 |
【Must】
-At least 2 years of working experience in Sales
-Must have Car Lisense
-Japanese language (JLPTN2 above) for liaising with Japanese Client.
【Advantage】
-Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
-Good communication skill, responsible, able to work with minimum supervision.
