Our client is a German Company that is a world-leading provider of reinsurance, primary insurance and insurance-related risk solutions
- Management of Japanese claims portfolio (all Lines of business, i.p. NatCat and Liability)
- Management of Japanese NatCat events including ultimate estimation and regular review of the ultimate development
- Support for the management of claims portfolios from other countries across Asia
- Involvement in Cyber Claims initiatives in Asia
- Servicing, advising and consulting our clients with regards to claims matters
- Making use of new technologies and alternative solutions for portfolio analyses as well as support of new business initiatives related to innovative claims technologies (e.g. automation, fraud detection solutions)
- Monitoring and reporting of legislative changes, legal trends and their impact on claims management
- Providing support for client management and underwriting (claims feedback and lessons learned, advising on wording issues etc.)
- Fostering expertise and synergies through cooperation within the Claims units of Asia
- Active contribution to working groups and in-/external workshops and events

応募資格 |
- Min Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5-7 years experience in handling claims in primary insurance or reinsurance combined with experience in the Japanese insurance market
- Must have an extensive understanding of insurance and/or reinsurance coverage interpretation, loss reserving and client relationship management
- Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) is required to liaise with Japanese client
- Willingness to travel (within Asia)
- Strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and mathematical skills, ability to work systematically and independently
- Solution oriented with very good negotiation and conflict management skills, ability to take decisions |
