Japanese one of the most famous logistic company looking for Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)

<Job Summary>
- Process invoice billing & costing for shipments and cross trades.
- Generate Excel Data Sheet for clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing/invoicing to customers.
- Liaise with other inter-departments, overseas agents and clients.
- Perform shipping duties and any other adhoc assignments.

- Japanese language skill (JLPT N1 or N2 level) in order to liaise with Japanese clients and for internal communication
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Open to work on Weekend, May require to work on weekends (once per 1-2 months)
