仕事内容

Our client is in the business of distributing marine and navigational equipment. The role of the Sales Coordinator & Office Admin is to support the company's sales and administrative activities.

You will be reporting to the Sales Director, alongside 2 colleagues.

【What will you be working on】
- Supporting the Sales Director.
- Create documents, sales materials and other related matters as and when required.
- Inventory management (stock count and requisition of stocks).
- Management of sales amount.
- Prepare monthly Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Prepare and issue cheques for supplier invoices.
- Internal billing (enrichment, royalties, etc.).
- Generation and issuance of invoices.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

応募資格

【What they are looking for】
- Minimum Diploma and above.
- At least 3 years of Sales Support/Sales Coordinator/Marketing Support experience.
- Comfortable speaking with clients when necessary (e.g. chase payment/checking client inquiry).
- Fluent in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N2) is required to liaise with native Japanese counterparts in the Japan HQ.
- Comfortable with ad-hoc duties such as inside sales, preparing marketing materials and chasing outstanding payments.
