Sales Assistant (Japanese Language)（求人番号：29982）

Our client is a Japanese company that provides weather information exchange platform for each and every people worldwide. They are looking for a Sales Assistant to join their team!

【Job Responsibilities】
- Supporting Sales team
- Fulfillment of orders according to established systems and processes to ensure timely
- Adhere to sales procedures and maintain soft/hard-copy records in a proper manner
- Review orders, create pick worksheets where necessary to meet the demands of the customer
- Perform Data Entry
- Handle quotations, filing and sales invoice and follow up by call and email.
- Issue PO, filing delivery orders and matching invoice.
- Prepare presentation document for sales team.
- Manage and reporting of business progress.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Min Diploma and above
- Excellent command of spoken and written in Japanese (N1) to communicate with Japanese HQ
- At least 2-3 years working experience
- Working experience in Japanese Company is added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
