Our Client is a Japanese electronics trading company and they are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is able to speak fluent Japanese to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Assistant Manager.

【What will you be working on】
・ Liaising with suppliers for purchasing orders from clients and adjust the schedules with planned schedules (no negotiation with suppliers)
・ Assist in preparing shipping documentation, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
・ Delivery management for customers and suppliers
・ Track orders and ensure timely delivery
・ Follow up with distributors for payment and shipment confirmation.
・ Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

【What they're looking for】
・ At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in any industry
・ Fluent in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) in order to liaise with Native Japanese clients and colleagues
・ Team Player
・ Meticulous & Detail Oriented
