Sales Manager (Japanese Language)（求人番号：30154）

Our client is a Japanese electrical manufacturer. This role of a Sales Manager is to maintain and continue to develop and grow the distributors and key accounts for the ASEAN region. You will frequently visit the overseas factory or R&D office to meet with the Factory Manager or R&D Designer. You will be reporting to the Sales Director.

As the company is planning to undergo localization, you will eventually be trained to take on the role of management.

【What will you be working on】
Regional Sales activities for new and existing customers.
Develop and implement sales strategies/initiatives and sales targets.
Track and evaluate sales activities to provide periodic performance report.
Generate sales leads and follow-up with action plans/results.
Maintain a close relationship with customers and keep up-to-date information on their needs and preferences.
Meetings with Japan HQ.
Initiate and follow-up on sales and distribution contracts.
Keep updated on the professional and technical knowledge of our products and the industry.
Lead and support the Sales Administrative Team.
Perform any other duties as assigned and required.

【What they're looking for】
- Diploma or Degree (preferably in Electrical or Electronics)
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience inclusive of Sales/Marketing/Business Operations
- Experience with both Direct and Channel sales
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N1) in order to liaise with Japanese clients and counterparts
- Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management
- Comfortable to go on business trips across the ASEAN region (1 week/month)
- Willing to learn about the company's product (as you need to serve clients directly without engineers)
