Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Marketing Communications Specialist will be the key person in charge of implementing end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns for the Reeracoen Singapore brand. With the goal of acquiring potential business partners, he/she will be in charge of Brand Management & Brand Marketing.
【What you will be working on】
- Responsible for the end-to-end marketing campaigns for Reeracoen Singapore
- Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for overall digital marketing and communication activities
- Spearheading lead generation and nurturing strategies (management/leadership content marketing, campaigns, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members to implement and manage digital marketing activities across platforms (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Public Relations etc.)
- Strengthen company brand through Public Relations activities online through reaching out to websites, commenting and adding to directories
- Partner with service providers on our SEO strategy to work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Oversee quality improvement to the presence and visibility of company brand
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans

【What we're looking for】
- Min Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in managing 360 Marketing Strategy and Brand Management
- Demonstrable track record in B2B lead generation and successful lead conversion
- Experience in Strategic Planning for Marketing and Branding activities (SEO, content, email, social media, public relations)
- Results-driven with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable to work in a start-up environment |
