仕事内容

Our client is an MNC specializing in packaging printing. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day customer orders, as well as listening to customer service issues and offering a unique and innovative solution to each problem.

【What will you be working on】
- Be a customer advocate within the organization and link to other groups: Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service, and Credit.
- Order management such as receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of orders.
- Ensure timely product shipments.
- Close coordination with regional logistics teams.
- Detect discrepancies, identifying root cause corrective action.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries.
- Identify and drive process simplification and improvement.
- Redirect inquiries as needed and ensure customers receive a final resolution.
- Back up for the Service Coordinator.

応募資格

【What they're looking for】
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree qualification.
- At least 1 year of order management experience in any industry.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT3) in order to liaise with native Mandarin and Japanese speaking counterparts.
