仕事内容 |
Our Client is an MNC specializing in packaging printing. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for managing the day to day customer orders, as well as listening to customer service issues and offering a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
【What will you be working on】
- Be the customer advocate within the organization and links to other groups Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service and Credit
- Order management such as receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of orders
- Ensure timely product shipments
- Close coordination with regional logistics teams
- Detect discrepancies, identifying root cause corrective action
- Responds promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries
- Identifies and drives process simplification and improvement
- Redirect inquiries as needed and ensure customers receive a final resolution
- Back up for Service Coordinator

【What they're looking for】
- Min Diploma or Degree
- Min 1 year of order management experience in any industry
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT3) in order to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts
- Fluent in Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts |
