【What you will be working on】
IT Infrastructure
- Strategy management for IT infrastructure services and Execute IT Infrastructure Service Lifecycle
- Server, Network management of the entire Asia Pacific region
- AWS management
- Continual IT Infrastructure services improvement
- Office365 management
- Provide IT helpdesk function to the entire Asia Pacific region for IT administrating tasks
Information Security Governance
- Review and enhance IT policies, standards, guidelines, and best practices periodically to ensure that the policy is aligned with organization objectives
- Promote IT risk management, governance, and compliance culture across the organization
- Liaise IT security matter with a country branch in the Asia Pacific region
Cyber Security
- Manage and resolve cybersecurity incidents and liaise with various IT functions, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), business users and vendors, where appropriate
- Conduct IT security awareness training to improve cybersecurity knowledge of users and IT staff
- Recommend and implement cybersecurity-related improvements
Project Management
- Planning and leading related to IT Infrastructure and Security projects
- Conceptualize, develop and drive projects to meet Asia Pacific offices' requirements
- Implementation and deployment of IT projects throughout the Asia Pacific region
- Supplier/vendor management.
- Ensure that designated IT vendors meet contractual obligations
- Attend to any other reasonable projects as assigned by the Senior Manager and General Manager
Team Management
- Provide leadership and direction to IT Infrastructure's staffs and contractor
- Re-assign tasks based on requirements and needs
Note:
You may be required to work on weekends for some projects (eg migration)
