Secretary (Maternity Cover)
Our client is a manufacturer of mother and baby care products.
This position is a maternity cover; the incumbent must come on board by the beginning of March 2021.
Duration Of Contract: 01 March 2021 to 15 June 2021
【What will you be working on】
■Office Administration (90%)
- Answering mainline telephone calls and front door
- Arranging international couriers
- Flight bookings, travel insurance and visas for staff business trips
- Management of company mobile phones
- Distribution of mail
- Verifying admin related invoices and company credit card receipts
- Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment
- Liaising with building management and office vendors
- Translation of company documents (presentations, e-mails, kiansho)
- Compilation of overseas trip application forms for Singapore Group expats
- Manage overseas guests hotel bookings, Refreshments, restaurant reservations
■Personal Assistant to Managing Director (10%)
- Hotel bookings, visa applications, rental wifi reservations for business trips
- Schedule reminders
- Updating the calendar
- Adhoc personal requests

【What they're looking for】
- At least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience is required.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
