Our client is a Japanese restaurant management company. The role of Regional Director will be based in Hong Kong. You will be reporting to the HQ Management Team.
【What will you be working on】
- Achieve the company's sustainable development strategy and optimize business management by developing the company's strategic goals and brand positioning, responsible for the company's overall business management, ensuring that the business goals and profit goals are met.
- Be sensitive to the market trend and provide the best commercial decisions
- Integrate all favorable internal and external resources to provide the best corporate operation environment for the company.
- Responsible for forecasting the potential risk of enterprise operation and management, and provide and take the best actions.
- Responsible for daily office management, coordinate the relationship with different subsidiaries for major company decisions.
- Build and manage an active, efficient, and innovative positive energy team, handle internal performance review and incentive mechanism and create a positive corporate culture and working style to improve team performance.
- Optimize the system and process of managing the company's people, finances and resources, improve and supervise the progress of the company's operations, and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
- Good at formulating business strategies and the ability to fully grasp the scale of corporate development.
- Assist the chairman and board members on management decisions.
