Sales Executive (Japanese Language) (Hong Kong)（求人番号：30937）

Our client is a Japanese textile manufacturing company. The role of a Sales Executive is to handle sales, pre-order and request orders, and shipping arrangements. You'll be reporting to the Director.

【What will you be working on】
- Create good relations with existing clients
- Handle delivery adjustments
- Liaise with clients and handle inquiries and complaints
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients/customers
- Go on business trips to Korea/Taiwan/Japan/China (post-COVID)
- Any other ad-hoc duties

【What they're looking for】
- Diploma or Degree in any major
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT1) and Cantonese in order to liaise with Japanese and Hong Kong counterparts
- Min 1 year of customer-facing experience
