Our client is a Japanese heavy machinery manufacturing company. The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for providing the following HR services and overall office administrative support. You will be reporting to the Manager/GM.
【What will you be working on】
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment process as well as onboarding/offboarding arrangements, etc.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, CPF submission and income tax declaration
- Assist to manage and ensure cost-effective insurance program
- Assist to plan and coordinate the delivery/logistics of training programs
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercises
- Manage the recreational budget and activities relating to staff welfare, general well-being, and wellness of employees
- Assist to prepare HR budgets, logistics arrangement (training, conference and corporate event, etc.), and monitor expenditure
- Assist in Expat Management (work pass application, income tax declaration, housing-related support, etc.)
- Liaise with external government agencies such as MOM, IRAS, CPF, etc. and manage internal employee communication
- Support logistics arrangement of organizing company virtual / physical meeting (e.g RHQ meeting) / corporate events / exhibitions, etc.
- Provide supports to PR/Branding related activities such as maintaining Showroom refresh, Brochures, Calendars, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

【What they're looking for】
- Minimum Diploma specialized in business administration, HR management, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience inclusive of 2 years of HR duties
- Japanese Speaking (JLPT2) is a must in order to liaise with Japanese Counterparts
- Familiarity with HR management systems will be an advantage (Times Software, SAP SuccessFactor, and MS Office application software) |
