Our client is a listed Japanese automotive company with a global reach. The role of an HR & Admin Manager is to oversee all HR and Admin operations in the company. You will be in charge of Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar as well. You will be reporting to the Department Head.
【What you will be working on】
- Manage and verify monthly staff payroll, claims, local & expatriates income tax filing, and other payments
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage employees' performance appraisal system, and compensation & benefits
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices aligned with the overall business strategy
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Support in HR monthly and yearly budget
- Support Management in ad hoc HR and related projects
- Manage GA team on support for expats (opening of bank and utility accounts, housing allowance monitoring, and any other ad-hoc matters)
- Manage flight, visa, and hotel arrangements for business travelers (both local and expats) and guests
- Manage workplace safety, office equipment replacement/repairs, lease matters
- Support to teams and overseas guests in ad-hoc events and projects
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances
