仕事内容

Our client is a Telecommunication MNC and they are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their organisation. This role will be part of their Global Customer Support team, operating from Amsterdam, Dubai, Buenos Aires, and Singapore, and will be responsible for handling all incident management activities.

【What will you be working on】
- Proactively communicate with channel partners concerning incoming incidents and register these findings into trouble tickets.
- Resolve technical issues involving client network connections by analyzing/troubleshooting and proactively coordinating the repair process with third-party providers/suppliers.
- Manage the channel partner relation by means of proactive communication throughout the entire solutions process.
- Perform technical acceptance testing on newly provisioned services to ensure the quality of delivery in accordance with standards.
- Administrate the process of technical support accurately and share findings with colleagues.
- Participate in project teams when necessary to support the business.

【What they are looking for】
