Sales Executive/Manager (Flat Cable Division) (Japanese Speaking)（求人番号：31420）

Our Client is a manufacturer of industrial products that cater to different niche industry markets.
The role of a Sales Executive or Sales Manager is to develop new customers and retain existing ones. You'll report to Division Sales Manager.

【What you will be working on】
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Set strategic and operating goals to achieve the target
- Work with internal department to enhance product presentations, forecast and delivery to ensure goals are met
- Follow up on enquiries and provide quotation,
- Generate sales reports to divisional sales manager.
- Planning & budgeting for exhibition/tradeshow and advertisements needs for brand development.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

【What they're looking for】
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Business/Marketing
- At least 3 years of B2B Sales experience in Electronic Components
- Comfortable with travelling (once travelling is permissible)
- Fluent in Japanese (Min N1 level) in order to liaise with Native Japanese customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, self-disciplined and result-driven
- Familiar with the Malaysia market
