Our client is an HR software solutions company from Japan and they are looking for a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to take charge of the ASEAN Market.
【What will you be working on】
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization when it comes to planning, executing sales and marketing campaigns, project management, designing and product content management.
- Executing a highly proactive, reactive and responsive account management and customer support liaison service between the Singapore and Japan HQ.
- Generating payment terms, modules and segregation of channels for the ASEAN market.
- Represent the company in a variety of sales and training activities such as sales presentations, exhibitions, training workshops and other customer servicing related activities.
- Building close and trusted relationships with key partners, distributors, vendors, customers and decision-makers.
- Responsible for hiring, scouting talents and building a sales, marketing and support team.
- Develop and present solutions to Key Decision Makers (MD, CEO, GM, IT Managers and C Level Executives) to implement new setups and workflow for their organizations.
