仕事内容

Our client is a leading Japanese logistic company. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to be responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service.

【What you will be working on】
- Order taking via phone/fax & online.
- Answering queries, package delivery updates/status.
- Liaising with the Sales and Operation team and fellow customer service officers to ensure exceptionally high standard of service is being delivered.
- Billing work (invoicing / data inputting)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

応募資格

【 What they are looking for 】
- Possess at least Higher NITEC or Diploma
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in Japanese Language (JLPT N3 or higher) to liaise with Japanese-speaking customers.
