Project Development Manager (Japanese Speaking)（求人番号：31976）

Our client is a reputable Japanese IT consulting company that provides IT solutions to Japanese banks. They are currently looking for a Project Development Manager who will manage development projects and all processes of system consulting.

【What you will be working on】
- Execute customer relationship management by communicating closely with clients, attending to requests, and managing expectations to maintain the company's impression at a positive level.
- Understanding a clients' situation and needs and proposing optimal solutions to them.
- Plan, initiate, manage, lead and execute system consulting and development projects.
- Understand and manage full software development life cycle.

【 What they are looking for 】
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or related major.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese (JLPT N2 and higher) to liaise with native Japanese clients.
- At least 3 years of project management experience (direct and manage project development from beginning to end).
- More than 3 years of application design/programming experience is preferred.
