Patient Relation Officer (Japanese Speaking)（求人番号：32073）

Our client, a Japanese clinic that provides medical services is looking for a Patient Relation Officer to join their team. The main role of this position is to support patients and doctors with various coordination tasks.

【What you will be working on】
- Attend to patients to collect information on sickness, or injury, allergies, medical history, and other necessary requirements to pass to the doctors and relevant departments.
- Provide guidance to patients who have undergone medical tests and treatments.
- Handle general medical inquiries from patients.
- Assist patients with referrals, appointments, and translation/interpretation.
- Assist doctors with administrative work such as handling medical reports.
- Register patients into the system for sending of tests results.
- Perform basic screening of patients including body measurement, sphygmomanometer, and temperature screening.

【What they are looking for】
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in nursing or relevant medical/healthcare major.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) in order to liaise with Japanese patients and doctors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work on rotating shifts and on Saturdays.
