- Female, age Not over 45 years old
- Level of Education BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field
- Experience At least 3-5 years of experience as an HR officer, Administrator, or other position relevant
- Language : Thai, Japanese (N2 and above), English (Communicative level)
- Knowledge in labor law is prefer

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Formula of Excel is a plus)
- Able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures includes knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with Japanese executive, employees, and in group presentations and meetings
- Able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently including able to monitor work properly
- Strong ethics, reliability and ability to work accuracy in a timely manner |
