- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or related field.
- Minimum 15 years experience in Production.
- Minimum 10 years experience in management position.
- Experience in Japanese company.
- Able to manage project within time scales and budgets
- Able to compile concise information report with best practice recommendations
- Experience of working with management team to achieve production schedules within budgets
- Good command in English and Japanese (N3 up)
