- Agreement revision e.g. business contract, Japanese apartment contract
- Company Legal document control e.g. registration of company official document, BOI
- Legal consulting desk & coordinate with Law Firms in any company business related issue
- Legal update e.g. New Legal, Legal Revision
- Coordinate regarding KPAC Cooperate Governance
- Control & Issue Shareholders or Board of Directors meeting related documents e.g. Notice, Minute
- Consolidation report / audit report to head quarter.
- Internal control / Risk assessment.
- Coordinating with the other organizations according to administration issues.
- Handle all documents and reports regarding to manager's tasks.
- Manage agendas / arrangements appointments.
- Follow up on assignments projects.
- Other task assigned by Manager.

| 応募資格 |
- Male/Female, age 24-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 2-3 years working experience with GA Section in collection or legal area
- Strong negotiation skills and target oriented
- Good interpersonal & business communication and consultation skill.
- Good computer literacy Proficient with MS office.
- Excellent English & Japanese communication.N3 over
- Able to work under pressure, willing to work hard and good personality. |
